炼钢厂麦尔兹窑窑膛温度测量使用进口的虹外测温系统，由于多种原因，此测温系统经常发生故障，影响正常生产。在维护或更换中产生较高的设备和使用成本。为此，我们决定应用价值工程（VE）理论结合实际需要对其进行国产化。
