学生公寓已成为大学生学习和生活的重要场所,学生有超过2/3的时间都在宿舍渡过,因此宿舍也成为对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要阵地,公寓辅导员作为思政教育的主体力量,在努力践行好＂服务、教育、管理＂的基础上,必须准确把握思政教育的特点,并不断探索和创新工作方法,以将思政教育贯穿到工作的方方面面。
