瑞士Hydronet高效气浮技术,应用"零速度"原理、高效溶气管ADT及集成电路计算机遥测技术ICT,具有高效快速去除水中悬浮物的特性。该技术运用于某水质净化厂一级强化处理后的化学污泥脱水车间废水处理,污染物的去除率分别为COD92%,TSS 96%,总氮79%。该高效气浮设备适合处理脱水车间废水,出水基本符合废水回流要求,达到省地和节能目标。

The Hydronet technology had high efficient air-dissolving tube(ADT) and Integrated Computer Telemetry(ICT).The facility put Zero Speed theory into use and can remove the suspended solids in the wastewater quickly and efficiently.It was used in chemical sludge dewatering wastewater treatment tests of a water purifying plant using the strengthened primary treatment technology.The result showed the removal rates of the water quality index COD(chemical oxygen demand),TSS(total suspended solid),and T-N(total nitrogen) were 92%,96% and 79%,respectively.The Hydronet facility was suitable for the wastewater treatment of the sludge dewatering plant,and the outlet of the Hydronet facility can meet the demands of the returned flow,so as to achieve the goals of saving space and energy.
