用高温固相法合成了颜色可调的SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+荧光粉,并对其发光粉结构及其发光特性进行了研究。结果表明,SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+荧光粉属于四方结构。Eu3+离子在SrMoO4晶体中形成峰值为617 nm的5d→4f跃迁发光,Tb3+离子的5 D4→7 F5跃迁产生548 nm的绿光发射。两个发射带的激发光谱范围位于250~450 nm处,SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+在紫外、近紫外波段内有很强的激发,是一种适合InGaN芯片激发的白光LED用荧光粉。
用高溫固相法閤成瞭顏色可調的SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+熒光粉,併對其髮光粉結構及其髮光特性進行瞭研究。結果錶明,SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+熒光粉屬于四方結構。Eu3+離子在SrMoO4晶體中形成峰值為617 nm的5d→4f躍遷髮光,Tb3+離子的5 D4→7 F5躍遷產生548 nm的綠光髮射。兩箇髮射帶的激髮光譜範圍位于250~450 nm處,SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+在紫外、近紫外波段內有很彊的激髮,是一種適閤InGaN芯片激髮的白光LED用熒光粉。

The SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+ phosphors was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction.The structure and photoluminescence properties of this phosphor were investigated.The results showed that the structure of SrMoO4:xEu3+,yTb3+ phosphors was the tetragonal crystal structure.The emission bands of this phosphor peaked at 617 nm and 548 nm were originated from 5d→ 4f transition of Eu3+and 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3+,respectively.Our color-tunable phosphors could be used in the application of white-light-emitting diode by the UV LED phosphor technology.
