从事故分析的角度出发,在全网需设置高阻接地故障保护前提下,提出线路保护、主变压器保护均需配置零序反时限过流保护,并且500kV和220kV电压等级都可采用此配置。同时探讨其整定配合问题,提出了零序反时限曲线中时间常数的选取方法。实时数字仿真器(RTDS)试验用电网实例验证了采用零序反时限过流保护的静态和动态特性。

Configuration of zero-sequence inverse-time over-current protection in transmission lines and main transformers is proposed from view point of fault analysis,under the precondition that high resistance ground fault protections are needed for all power grids.Besides,the same configuration can be also applied to equipments of both 500 kV and 220 kV voltage grade.Then related setting coordination problem is discussed,and the method for selecting time constant from zero-sequence inverse-time curves is derived.In addition,the actual case of power grid is simulated with RTDS to verify the static and dynamic characteristics of the zero-sequence inverse-time over-current protection.
