目的：通过心理护理减轻接受IVF—ET治疗患者的心理压力。方法：通过对接受ⅣF—ET治疗患者心理压力的各种因素探讨，注重心理指导，帮助患者树立信心；重视与患者家属的沟通；进行耐心细致的健康教育；建立完善的社会保障体系；手术前后的温情护理，达到减轻接受IVF—ET治疗患者的心理压力。结果：通过临床、实验室、护理三方面密切配合，特别是心理护理，能减轻接受IVF—ET治疗患者的心理压力，可以提高助孕的成功率。
목적：통과심리호리감경접수IVF—ET치료환자적심리압력。방법：통과대접수ⅣF—ET치료환자심리압력적각충인소탐토，주중심리지도，방조환자수립신심；중시여환자가속적구통；진행내심세치적건강교육；건립완선적사회보장체계；수술전후적온정호리，체도감경접수IVF—ET치료환자적심리압력。결과：통과림상、실험실、호리삼방면밀절배합，특별시심리호리，능감경접수IVF—ET치료환자적심리압력，가이제고조잉적성공솔。
Objective： To reduce psychological stress of patients in IVF -ET treatment through the psychological care. Method： Based on the acceptance of IVF - ET therapy in patients with psychological stress of various factors, focus on the psychological guidance, helping patients to establish confidence; paying attention to communications with patients＇ families; and let them getting knowledge of health care; to establish the well structures social security system; before and after operation warmth nursing can reduce the psychologi- cal stress of patients in IVF - ET treatment. Results ： through the three close matches of clinical, laboratory and care, especially psy- chological nursing, can reduce psychological stress of patients in IVF - ET treatment, also improving the success rate of pregnancy.
