教学质量评估是高校教学管理的重要环节。根据高校教学质量监控的实际应用需求,从教学质量评估指标选择、数据库构建、融合算法应用和功能模块实现等方面对教学质量评估系统进行了综合的分析和设计。该设计的特色是对教学质量评估引入粗证据理论算法,该算法能有机融合学生、教师同行和教学管理人员的评估意见,克服了仅依靠学生评教的片面性。

The assessment of teaching quality is an important link of college teaching management.From the actual demands and application perspective of the university teaching quality monitoring,the teaching quality evaluated index,database,the application of fusion algorithm and the database function module is analyzed and designed synthetically.The design characteristic of the teaching quality assessment is the introduction of the fusion algorithm of rough sets and evidence theory,which can combine opinion of the students,peer and teaching management,overcoming the teaching one-sidedness which relying only on student in the past.
