当前,基层警力不足问题已成为制约和困扰公安工作的一个主要因素,科学合理地配置警力资源成为了提高警务工作效率、缓解警力不足的重要手段。要强调科学配置警力资源的重要性,从基层派出所警力配置现状和存在问题入手,根据市公安局相关要求,并结合各分局实际,设计一套基本符合实际需求的警力配置方案,同时通过对方案进行研究,发现一些优化警力资源配置的可行性途径,并根据研究结果,对下一步的工作提出设想。

At present,the problem that the police number at the first line units is inadequate is one of the factors that restrict and frustrate the police work.To scientifically allocate police resources is an important means to improve police work efficiency and mitigate the severity of police shortage.To emphasize the importance of scientific distribution of police resources should start with the status and problems of police allocation in police stations.In accordance with relevant requirements of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and taking reality into consideration,we should make a more scientific plan of Shanghai police distribution that meets Shanghai reality.Meanwhile,the study of the plan should be made,too to find out the feasible approach to optimize the police resource allocation.Then,according to the findings,tentative plans should be made for future work.
