采用氧化钙沉淀法处理陶瓷业含酚废水,考察了氧化钙投加量、反应时间、蒸馏体积对去除酚类物质效果的影响。结果表明,氧化钙具有很好的去除酚类能力,在m(Ca):V(水)=1:25、反应时间为30min,蒸出液体积占总废水体积分数为80%的条件下,废水中酚类物质去除率为85.5%,回收率达到81.3%。同时进行2L废水中试试验,酚类物质回收率达75%以上,说明此法处理回收陶瓷业水煤气废水中的苯酚效果良好,可实现高浓度含酚废水的资源化利用。
採用氧化鈣沉澱法處理陶瓷業含酚廢水,攷察瞭氧化鈣投加量、反應時間、蒸餾體積對去除酚類物質效果的影響。結果錶明,氧化鈣具有很好的去除酚類能力,在m(Ca):V(水)=1:25、反應時間為30min,蒸齣液體積佔總廢水體積分數為80%的條件下,廢水中酚類物質去除率為85.5%,迴收率達到81.3%。同時進行2L廢水中試試驗,酚類物質迴收率達75%以上,說明此法處理迴收陶瓷業水煤氣廢水中的苯酚效果良好,可實現高濃度含酚廢水的資源化利用。

Calcium oxide had been used for removing highly influences of various factors, such as the dosage of calcium phenols removal rate could reach 85.5% ,when and V(distillate) : V(wastewater) = 4:5. The wastewater containing phenols. concentrated phenols from wastewater. The oxide, reaction time were investigated. The m(Ca) : V(wastewater) = 1: 25,reaction time 30 min, technology is of significant importance for the recycle of wastewater containing phenols.
