引用文献公开发表的猪经典蓝耳病毒与高致病性蓝耳病毒、圆环病毒Ⅱ型的基因引物序列,采用PCR方法对四川省遂宁市某猪场暴发的传染病进行实验室诊断,根据流行病学、临诊症状、剖解病变和PCR病原检测,诊断为猪经典蓝耳、高致病性蓝耳与圆环病毒Ⅱ型病毒的混合感染。

PCR method and the published gene primers of classic and highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） and circovirus type Ⅱ were used to diagnose the contagion of swine in a pig farm of Sichuan province.According to the epidemiology,clinical diagnostic symptoms,anatomical pathological changes and PCR pathogen detection,we diagnosed this epidemic disease was a mixed infection of classical and highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） and circovirus type Ⅱ virus.
