作为中国历史上中原与西北部少数民族之间的茶马交易形式，“茶马互市”促进了内地和西部地区经济上的交往和繁荣，密切了汉族和各少数民族之间的联系和融合。明清以后，安化黑茶因其独特的湖湘物产文化品质，成为内地与西北少数民族进行茶马交易的主要茶类，有利于中国茶文化的传播和民族融合。中国茶道的终极目标就是要通过以“和”为精神指引的茶事活动，创造人与自然以及人与人之间的和谐境界，从而促进中华民族的融合。

As a historical trade form between central plains and northwest minority nationalities, tea-horse trade promoted the economic exchanges and economical prosperity of inland and west area of China, made Han nationality contact closely with minority nationalities. With its special characteristic of Huxiang culture, dark green tea of Anhua has become the main article in tea trade between inland and northwest minority nationalities ever since Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty, which is helpful to spread tea culture and strengthen national fusion of China. The paper points out that the ultimate goal of Chinese tea ceremony is to promote China＇s national fusion and it can be realized by creating harmonious state between man and nature, man and society.
