近日全国持续高温,劳动者高温权益保障已成当今社会广泛讨论话题,笔者试图从劳动者高温权益保障实务性角度予以探析,分析当今我国劳动者高温权益保障缺失,并就从制度上如何保障劳动者高温相关权益提出个人拙见,以期高温环境下的劳动者的权益实现不再是＂空头支票。＂

Nowadays country is in high temprature,protection on high tempreture of wokers righs is extensively discussed.The author tried to protect workers rights and interests of high temperature on practical view.Analysis the flaw of high-temperature Protection of workers in China today and make personal recommendations.Achieve the rights of workers is no longer a ＂blank check.＂
