结合工程实际,对双吊车四个吊点整体起吊500kV线路铁塔的施工方案进行了详细的阐述,通过铁塔重心位置计算,利用简化模型,力矩平衡理论,逐点比较等方法选择出最优吊点位置,按照安全规程要求合理选择工器具,并对施工操作要点进行了叙述。
結閤工程實際,對雙弔車四箇弔點整體起弔500kV線路鐵塔的施工方案進行瞭詳細的闡述,通過鐵塔重心位置計算,利用簡化模型,力矩平衡理論,逐點比較等方法選擇齣最優弔點位置,按照安全規程要求閤理選擇工器具,併對施工操作要點進行瞭敘述。

In accordance to engineering practice, process schemes for single-piece erection in 500kv transmis- sion line are discussed in details. In the process, gravity center of the steel tower is computed, and optimum hoist-point is selected in applying simplified model and theory of balance movement and point-to-point compar- ison method, and tools and appliances are chosen according to security requirement and operation essentials are elaborated here.
