渝东北(南)三峡库区是重庆市乃至于全国的连片贫困区,此地区成人高等教育资源不足,管理方式落后。针对上述问题笔者提出采用主体际的人本管理模式,可以充分发挥各主体的主观能动性,促进库区成人高等教育的发展。

The Three Georges Reservoir Area in Northeastern Chongqing is a vast underdeveloped area. Its adult higher education has limited resources and underdeveloped managing mode. To solve the above-mentioned problems, the higher education managers adopt inter-subject human-centered managing mode to give full play of the initiatives of each subject so that the adult higher education in Three Georges Reservoir Area can be enhanced.
