俄罗斯继承了前苏联的高等教育体制。我国的高等教育体制在建立初期，也曾大量借鉴了前苏联的教育模式和经验。中俄两国在高等教育体制基础、社会背景、改革措施、高等教育面临的问题等方面的共同之处，使两国的高等教育具有很强的可比性和借鉴性。俄罗斯在高等教育领域的改革虽然还有一些尚未解决的问题，但其改革符合当今世界高等教育发幔晌潮流和趋势，高等教育实现了可持续发展，高等教育领域改革的经验可供我们参考借鉴。

Russia inherited the higher education system of the former Soviet Union and China＇s higher education system in the early period also borrowed heavily from the former Soviet model of education and experience, so there are a lot in common in the background in the field of education between the two countries. The higher education system in China and Russia have a strong comparability and referencial value because of the similarities of system basis, social background, the reform measures, and the problems encounterd by both countries. In the field of higher education reform, although there are some unresolved issues, Russia is within the international trend with sustainable development, so there are a lot we can learn from. Only by absorbing other＇s good points and constantly improving the existing system of education can China win a post among the great education powers and be invincible in international competition.
