高水平运动员的培养是一种特殊人才的培养,高水平运动员的文化教育不仅关系到运动员个人的发展前途,更关系到我国竞技体育是否能够可持续发展。通过对浙江体育职业技术学院高水平运动员的调查和专家的访谈显示,我省在高水平运动员文化教育上做了大量富有成效的工作,尤其在制度的建立和监制上效果显著,使我省高水平运动员的文化教育得到了很大的改善和提高。但仍然存在一些不足,比如文化课程教学模式单一,课程设置灵活性不够等。最后提出走训、技、教一体化道路,以＂订单式技能培训＂为理念构建运动员就业保障,学做一体的情景教学模式等建议。

Summary of training high-level athletes is a special talent.The cultural＇s education of high-level athletes is not only related to the future development of the individual,more related to the possibility of sustainable development for competitive sports.Based on the survey of Zhejiang vocational college of sports,athletes and expert interviews revealed the high-level athletes＇s training and the education have been done a lot in our province,especially in establishing and the results supervision which are obvious to show that the improvement of culture and education.But there are still some deficiencies such as the teaching model of a single culture,not flexible curriculum and so on.Finally,take the training,technology,education way of integration,the order type skills training for the concept of employment security builds athletes,and suggest for learning to do one of the scenes teaching.
