以八甲基环四硅氧烷(Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,D4)为反应物,自制酸性白土为催化剂,六甲基二硅氧烷(Hexamethyldisiloxane,MM)为封端剂,制备了有机硅流平剂,并对反应时间、反应温度、物料质量比等因素对产物流平性的影响进行了研究.结果表明,当m(D4):m(MM):m(酸性白土)=100:0.8:1、反应温度70℃、反应时间3h时,产物的流平性能最佳.
以八甲基環四硅氧烷(Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,D4)為反應物,自製痠性白土為催化劑,六甲基二硅氧烷(Hexamethyldisiloxane,MM)為封耑劑,製備瞭有機硅流平劑,併對反應時間、反應溫度、物料質量比等因素對產物流平性的影響進行瞭研究.結果錶明,噹m(D4):m(MM):m(痠性白土)=100:0.8:1、反應溫度70℃、反應時間3h時,產物的流平性能最佳.

Silicone leveling agent had been synthesized using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) as reactant, emathlite as catalyst and hexamethyldisiloxane (MM) as end-capping agent. The influences of the mass ratio of D4, MM and emathlite, reaction time and temperature on the levelling property of the asprepared products were investigated. The results showed that, at the condition that the mass ratio of D4, MM and emathlite was 100: 0. 8:1 with the reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and the reaction time of about 3 h, the end-products possessed the optimum leveling property.
