以新铁炮百合(Lilium×formdongi Hort.)组培苗为试材,就不同温度对组培苗抽薹的影响进行了研究.结果表明,10℃处理的新铁炮百合组培苗抽薹较快,且抽薹率最高;在总趋势上,低温处理使新铁炮百合组培苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性降低,过氧化物酶活性先升后降,而可溶性蛋白含量则呈上升趋势,10℃处理者各项生理指标高于5℃和15℃处理.说明新铁炮百合组培苗10℃低温处理的生理活性较高,该温度最有利于组培苗的抽薹.

Taking the tissue culture seedlings of Lilium × formolongi Hort. as the experimental materials, the effects of low temperature on bolting of the tissue culture seedlings were studied in this paper. The results showed that bolting time of the tissue culture seedlings with 10℃ treatment was relatively early and bolting percentage was highest. With different low temperature treatments, the superoxide dismutase activity was decreased, the peroxidase activity was increased at the beginning and then decreased, the soluble protein content was increased, and the three physiological indexes with 10℃ treatment were all higher than with 5℃ or 15℃ treatments. According to the results mentioned above, it implied that the tissue culture seedlings had higher physiological activity with 10 ℃ treatment, and this temperature treatment was the best way for Lilium × formolongi 'Hort. bolting.
