在草根创业的背景下,高职学生可以分为天生的创业者、天生的就业者和中间人这三种群体。高职学生创业主要分为就业再创业型和毕业即创业型两大类。高职院校一方面要通过创业教育培养学生适应社会发展的创新意识与可持续发展的能力,另一方面要使条件成熟的学生通过接受创业教育自发选择创业,以实现人才培养目标与任务的转型与突破。

Under the conditions of grassroots entrepreneurship,higher vocational students can be divided into three groups-born entrepreneurs,born employees and in-betweens.There are two categories of higher vocational student entrepreneurship: entrepreneurship after employment and entrepreneurship since graduation.On one hand,higher vocational colleges should cultivate their students' innovative awareness of adapting to the social development and sustainable development abilities through entrepreneurship education;on the other hand,some students should be encouraged to choose entrepreneurship after receiving entrepreneurship education,thus achieving the transformation of talents training goals and tasks and making a breakthrough.
