以CPCD25内燃平衡重式叉车为研究对象,利用牛顿经典力学和刚体动力学建立理想化力学模型,进行叉车的稳定性计算。将计算所得结果和试验所得结果进行对比,结果表明计算所得数据符合试验或CE标准规定的数据值,为进一步对车辆的主体设计分析打好了基础。

Taking CPCD25 forklift as research object,idealized mechanical model is established by using Newton＇s classical mechanics and rigid body dynamics,and then the stability of the forklift is calculated.The calculation result is compared with test result.The comparison results show the calculation data are consistent with test data or the values of CE standard,which can lay a foundation for the further design and analysis of the main body of vehicles.
