采用GC-MS法分析啤酒酵母油脂中的主要成分和含量.观察酵母油脂复合软胶囊对高血脂大鼠的血清TC、TG、HDL-C水平的影响,评估酵母油脂复合软胶囊的辅助降血脂功能.用高脂饲料饲喂Wistar大鼠建立高血脂模型,再以0.15 g/kg bw0、.30 g/kg bw及0.90 g/kg bw剂量的受试物灌胃,高脂对照组灌胃给予同体积的食用花生油,灌胃量均为0.5 mL/100g bw,每日一次,连续35 d,取尾血测定各项血脂指标.结果表明,3种啤酒酵母均以多不饱和脂肪烯烃为主要成分,含量分别为37.74%、28.30%、26.63%;其次为不饱和脂肪酸,含量依次为27.83%、23.42%、30.75%.降血脂功能试验表明,与高脂对照组相比,酵母油脂复合软胶囊低、中、高剂量组的大鼠血清TC下降百分率分别为8.33(、14.49%、15.94%,血清TG下降百分率分别为10.80%、17.07%、18.47%,血清HDL-C上升分别为0.05 mmol/L、0.06 mmol/L0、.07 mmol/L.酵母油脂复合软胶囊具有辅助降血脂功能.

The lipid components extracted from brewer's yeast were analyzed by GC-MS.The hypolipidemic assistant function of the yeast lipid in soft capsules was evaluated by observing the level of TC,TG and HDL-C in blood of hyperlipoidemia Wistar rats influenced by the yeast lipid.The hyperlipoidemia model rats were established by feeding high cholesterol feeds.The test preparation were intragastrically administrated to the rats with the dose of 0.15 g/kg bw,0.30 g/kg bw and 0.90 g/kg bw respectively once a day,and continued for 35 days.The administrated volume of test preparation was 0.5 mL/100g bw.The hyperlipoidemia control groups were intragastric administrated by the same volume of edible peanut oil.The blood samples from the tail of rats were used for measuring indexes of blood cholesterol.The results of GC-MS analysis showed that the main component is polyunsaturated aliphatic alkene,and the content is 37.74%,28.30%,26.63% respectively in three different samples;The second component is unsaturated fatty acid,and the content is 27.83%,23.42%,30.75% respectively.The results of functional experiments indicated that the blood TC levels of low-dosage group,middle-dosage group and high-dosage group with yeast lipid soft capsules were decreased 8.33%,14.49% and15.94% respectively,the blood TG levels were decreased 10.80%,17.07% and 18.47% respectively,and the blood HDL-C levels were increased 0.05 mmol/L,0.06 mmol/L and 0.07 mmol/L respectively compared with the control group.These results indicated that the yeast lipid soft capsule has the hypolipidemic assistant function.
