现浇钢筋混凝土裂缝是长期困扰建筑施工企业的一个难题，也是居民住宅质量投诉的常见问题。裂缝的产生不仅有损建筑的美观，降低刚度、影响到建筑的耐久性。虽然理论认为，现浇楼板裂缝是不可避免的现象，且宽度在一定范围内的裂缝对建筑的正常使用无太大危害，但应采取有效措施对其进行控制。本文结合作者多年来的施工经验。介绍了住宅现浇混凝土楼板裂缝的类型，并结合实例，根据不同的裂缝性质与危害程度采取了不同的整治措施，以供同行参考。

Reinforced Concrete cracks are long plagued the construction enterprise of a problem as well as the quality of residential complaints frequently asked questions. Cracks is not ordy detrimental to the appearance of huildinss, reduce stiffness and affects the durability of the building. Although the theory that the casting slab cracks are inevitable phenomenon, and the width of the cracks in a certain range of the normal use of the building is no big harm, but should take effective measures to control it. With the author~ years of construction experience, introduces the east concrete floor of residential type, and with examples, de- pending on the nature and degree of harm cracks of different re- mediation measures taken to for reference.
