在全球化和知识经济背景下，技术创新模式从传统的线性创新模式向网络创新模式特变，区域创新网络成为一种分析区域创新与发展问题的崭新视角。因此，明晰区域创新网络内涵，对区域创新网络主要结点以及结点间关系链条的形成进行深入分析，将有助于加强我国各地区结点联结和创新网络的形成。

In the context of knowledge economization and economic globalization,the pattern of technological Innovation has changed from traditional linear Innovation to Network Innovation. Regional Network Innovation has became a method frame to research regional Innovation and development. From this angle,this paper reviewed the main points about the concept of regional Innovation networks, and discussed its connotation and the major network nodes and chain link with one another.
