文章研究了三聚氰胺-甲醛制食品接触材料中化学物的迁移,对比分析了用铂金皿、玻璃皿蒸于和旋转蒸发仪三种不同方式处理浸泡液时,三聚氰胺.甲醛成型品中化学物发生的总迁移量。最后确定用玻璃蒸发皿处理放置浸泡液水浴蒸干简单、方便、成本低。精密度高,重复性好。

Overall migration of melamine in molded melamine-formaldehyde materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs was studied. Evaporating using platinum utensil or glass utensil and rotating untesil were compared through the overall migration value. It was found that evaporating with glass utensil was the easiest method characteristic of easiness, convenience, low cost, high peicision and reproducibility.
