实验在脱氧胆酸钠盐(NaDC)介导下,采用室温磷光法研究阴离子meso-四-4-(羧基苯基)钯卟啉(Pd-TCPP)与刀豆蛋白A(ConA)之间的相互作用,实验表明Pd-TCPP与ConA之间能形成复合物,结合常数为3.33×10~4L·mol~(-1).这一结果可用于利用Pd-TCPP作为室温磷光探针对ConA进行测定.同时,紫外可见光谱和共振光散射先谱也同样证明Pd-TCPP与ConA之间存在相互作用.
實驗在脫氧膽痠鈉鹽(NaDC)介導下,採用室溫燐光法研究陰離子meso-四-4-(羧基苯基)鈀卟啉(Pd-TCPP)與刀豆蛋白A(ConA)之間的相互作用,實驗錶明Pd-TCPP與ConA之間能形成複閤物,結閤常數為3.33×10~4L·mol~(-1).這一結果可用于利用Pd-TCPP作為室溫燐光探針對ConA進行測定.同時,紫外可見光譜和共振光散射先譜也同樣證明Pd-TCPP與ConA之間存在相互作用.

Room temperature phosphorescence was used to investigate the interaction between Pd-TCPP and ConA. RTP intensity of Pd-TCPP can be quenched by ConA which indicated an obvious interaction beresonance two.The binding constant of this intercation was 3.33×10~4 L·mol~(-1).UV-Vis spectroscopy and resonance light scattering spectroscopy were also used to testify the conclusion.
