利用赤道东太平洋Nino3区海温(SSTA)、海南省季降水量、平均气温和热带气旋(TV)个数等资料,研究ENSO对海南省气候的影响.结果表明,ENSO对海南省各季降水量、平均气温和TC有不同程度的瞬时影响和滞后影响,但以滞后影响为主.这种关系还存在明显的年代际变化.在短期气候预测业务中参考ENSO的作用时必须充分考虑年代际背景的关系.

The data of equatorial eastern pacific (NINO3) sea surface temperature, seasonal precipitation, average temperature and tropical cyclone (TC) frequency in Hainan Province were utilized to analyse the impact of ENSO on the climate in Hainan. Results show that ENSO had an instantaneous and time-lag impact on seasonal precipitation, average temperature and TC frequency in Hainan Province, with the time-lag impact being determinative, and that this relationship still displayed obvious interdecadal variations. The background of the interdecadal variation must be fully considered when the role of ENSO is taken into account in the short-term climate operational prediction.
