The studies on the fatigue of particle-reinforced metal matrix composites(PMMC) in recent years are presented. The crack initiation and crack propagation of PMMC are analyzed. The influencing factors of fatigue behavior, which are related to particles and matrix are discussed. Finally, the developing trend and future research fields are proposed.
