合成了一种新的荧光探针试剂香草醛缩苯胺,利用元素分析、红外光谱等手段对探针试剂进行结构表征;结合邻苯三酚的自氧化作用,建立了一种荧光法测定超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~(-·))的新方法.该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高和选择性好等特点.邻苯三酚线性范围为4.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-5) mol·~(-1).检出限为2.0×10~(-7) mol·~(-1).方法用于大蒜等样品中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性检测,结果满意.
閤成瞭一種新的熒光探針試劑香草醛縮苯胺,利用元素分析、紅外光譜等手段對探針試劑進行結構錶徵;結閤鄰苯三酚的自氧化作用,建立瞭一種熒光法測定超氧陰離子自由基(O_2~(-·))的新方法.該方法具有操作簡單、靈敏度高和選擇性好等特點.鄰苯三酚線性範圍為4.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-5) mol·~(-1).檢齣限為2.0×10~(-7) mol·~(-1).方法用于大蒜等樣品中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性檢測,結果滿意.

A new fluorescent reagent N-[3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylmenthylidene]-aniline was synthesized, and its structural characters was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. With the new synthesized fluorescence reagent, a novel fluorescence quenching method for determination of superoxide radical was developed by coupling the reaction of pyrogallic auto-oxidation reaction. The method is simple and sensitive. The linear range and detection limit are 4.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-5) mol·~(-1) and 2.0×10~(-7) mol·~(-1), respectively. The approach has been applied to determine superoxide radical in garlic sample with satisfying results.
