新合成了亚酞菁铜.把1,3-二亚胺基异吲哚啉、钼酸铵和二水乙酸合铜在喹啉里加热,加入催化剂量的1,8-二氮杂-双环(5,4,O)十一碳烯-7(DBU)进行反应.反应完毕后,通过索氏提取,然后用柱色层分离,得到灰褐色产物.通过质谱分析和元素分析数据证实,灰褐色产物就是目标化合物亚酞菁铜.根据亚酞菁铜分子裂解质谱图,还初步分析了亚酞菁铜分子的裂解过程,首次给出亚酞菁铜合成的反应机理.
新閤成瞭亞酞菁銅.把1,3-二亞胺基異吲哚啉、鉬痠銨和二水乙痠閤銅在喹啉裏加熱,加入催化劑量的1,8-二氮雜-雙環(5,4,O)十一碳烯-7(DBU)進行反應.反應完畢後,通過索氏提取,然後用柱色層分離,得到灰褐色產物.通過質譜分析和元素分析數據證實,灰褐色產物就是目標化閤物亞酞菁銅.根據亞酞菁銅分子裂解質譜圖,還初步分析瞭亞酞菁銅分子的裂解過程,首次給齣亞酞菁銅閤成的反應機理.
신합성료아태정동.파1,3-이아알기이신타람、목산안화이수을산합동재규람리가열,가입최화제량적1,8-이담잡-쌍배(5,4,O)십일탄희-7(DBU)진행반응.반응완필후,통과색씨제취,연후용주색층분리,득도회갈색산물.통과질보분석화원소분석수거증실,회갈색산물취시목표화합물아태정동.근거아태정동분자렬해질보도,환초보분석료아태정동분자적렬해과정,수차급출아태정동합성적반응궤리.
The synthesis and characterizations of Sub-phthalocyanine copper were reported in this paper firstly. The mixture of 1,3-diiminoisoindoline and Cu(AcO)_2 · 2H_2O was added to quinoline under stirring. Then, a catalytic amount of 1,8-Diazabicyclo [5,4,0]undec-7-ene (DBU) was added. The collected solid powder were extracted with anhydrous methanol in a Soxhlet extractor and further purified by chro-matography. Sub-Phthalocyanine copper was characterized by MS and elemental analysis. The results were agreement with the proposed structures. The Sub-phthalocyanine copper molecular was broken by laser which was shown in Mass Spectrum. It was analyzed that this material decomposition process,and proposed the reaction mechanism through the broken of Sub-phthalocyanine copper molecular.
