Academic corruption has become a focus problem. In addition to strengthening sci-tech staff's moral self discipline, there also should be technical means to supervise the problem. Therefore, this paper analyzed the vector space model used in information retrieval field, and realizes the academic papers' similarities distinguishing system based on improved model. This system can be used to detect academic paper's plagiary to improve efficiency, radical academic corruption and achieve a better creative environment.
