基于谐波检测技术,对波长调制光谱进行了理论研究,给出了分析信号各阶谐波分量的表达式.对洛仑兹线型和高斯线型描述下的气体吸收光谱进行了分析,求出了各自二次谐波分量的表达式及两者之间的相互关系.建立了剩余幅度调制和光学干涉信号两大影响因素的数学模型,提取了二者产生的二次谐波分量的表达式,给出了相应的抑制方法.通过调节调制信号的幅度降低干涉信号的影响,以取得最大的信噪比,对于较高信噪比的获得,将在半导体激光器中得到进一步应用.

Based on the harmonic waves examination technology, the paper conducts the theoretical research to the wave-length modulating spectrum and conveys the expressions of various amount of harmonic waves in the analyzing signals. It analyzes the gas absorbing spectrum according to the linear description of Lorentz and Gauss, and extracts the expressions of respective second harmonic component and their interrelationship. It establishes the models of residual amplitude modulation and interference of optical signals and extracts the expressions of second harmonic generation and relevant suppressions. The work to reduce the interfering signal through modulating the signal's scope to obtain the greatest signal-to-noise ratio, which is expected to be further applied in the semiconductor laser.
