采用微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定稻米中铜、锌、锰、铁四种微量金属元素的含量.样品用HNO3和H2O2消解,在微波消解炉中加热.在最佳条件下,对样品平行测定6次,各元素的线性回归方程的相关系数在0.9993~0.9999之间,加标回收率在96.3%~98.7%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.05%~0.67%.

A method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of trace metal elements (Cu, Zn, Mn, and Fe) in rice is described, Samples were digested with HNO3 and H2O2 and heated in microwave digestion oven. Under optimal conditions, correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations were in the range of 0.9993~0.9999, recoveries were 96.3%~98.7%,and RSDs were 0.05%~0.67%(n=6).
