This paper reported the studies on the water purification ofbreeding Hirudo nippanica with photosynthesis bacteria (PBS).The results showed the PBS could reduce effectively the chemical dissolved oxygen,NH4+ -N,vulcanization and organic matter of water bottom,as well as improve the dissolved oxygen.
