目的:探讨组织谐波成像技术增强手振氟碳微泡左室腔及心肌显影的能力。方法:44例患者经外周静脉注射2ml手振50%葡萄糖氟碳微泡,应用组织谐波与基波成像技术观察微泡注射后左室腔及心肌显影情况。结果:所有患者微泡注射后组织谐波及基波成像左室腔均显影,组织谐波显像可增强左室腔显影亮度,所有患者未见心肌显影。结论:组织谐波成像技术能增强左室腔显影亮度获得更好的显影图像。
目的:探討組織諧波成像技術增彊手振氟碳微泡左室腔及心肌顯影的能力。方法:44例患者經外週靜脈註射2ml手振50%葡萄糖氟碳微泡,應用組織諧波與基波成像技術觀察微泡註射後左室腔及心肌顯影情況。結果:所有患者微泡註射後組織諧波及基波成像左室腔均顯影,組織諧波顯像可增彊左室腔顯影亮度,所有患者未見心肌顯影。結論:組織諧波成像技術能增彊左室腔顯影亮度穫得更好的顯影圖像。
목적:탐토조직해파성상기술증강수진불탄미포좌실강급심기현영적능력。방법:44례환자경외주정맥주사2ml수진50%포도당불탄미포,응용조직해파여기파성상기술관찰미포주사후좌실강급심기현영정황。결과:소유환자미포주사후조직해파급기파성상좌실강균현영,조직해파현상가증강좌실강현영량도,소유환자미견심기현영。결론:조직해파성상기술능증강좌실강현영량도획득경호적현영도상。
Objective:To sudy the ability of tissue harmonic imaging in enhancement of left ventricular and myocardial opacification by intravenous injection of hand-agitated perflurocarbon contrast agent.Methods:Apical four chamber view or left ventricular short axis view were performed with tissue harmonic imaging and fundemental imaging in 44 patients before and after intravenous injection of 2ml hand-agitated 50% dextrose perflurocarbon contrast agent.Results:Left ventricular opacification with tissue harmonic imaging and fundemental imaging could be observed in all cases,left-side heart opacification brightness was enhanced by tissue harmonic imaging.Myocardial opacification couldnt be detected in all patients either with tissue harmonic imaging or fundemental imaging.Conclusions:Tissue harmonic imaging by left-side perflurocarbon contrast echocardiography can enhance left-side heart chamber opacification brightness and obtain higher quality image.
