利用Span60作为分散剂,环己烷为有机相,用甲叉双丙烯酰胺交联及过硫酸铵引发,在反相悬浮液中合成了ATBS/AA/AM三元共聚超强吸水剂.研究了它的吸水性能与共聚物的组成、交联剂用量和中和度之间的关系.结果表明,加入2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸单体后,共聚物胶在不同溶液中的吸水倍率有明显提高.此外,考察了pH和温度对共聚物胶吸水率的影响.

A series of superabsorbent polymers based on sodium acrylate,sodium acrylamido tertiary butyl sulfonic acid and acrylamide was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using sorbitan monostearate as the dispersant,cyclohexane as the organic phase,N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent and ammonium persulfate as the initiator .In this paper,the relation between the water-absorbency of the copolymer and the composition of the copolymer,the amount of the crosslinking agent used and the degree of neutralization were investigated.Results show that the water absorbency in various solutions for the copolymeric gel is enhanced by the addition of the acrylamido tertiary butyl sulfonic acid monomer into the copolymeric compositions.The effect of pH and thermal on the water absorbency of these gels are also investigated.
