根据线性度分析方法,结合空间调制干涉光谱成像仪的成像原理,建立了线性度测试系统.采用太阳模拟器作为光源,通过减光片得到8个亮度等级的辐射输出,用待测仪器与光谱辐射度计分别对其进行采集,比对得到待测仪器线性度为0.81%,不确定度为2.7%.结果表明:该线性度测试方法精度较高,此方法同样适用于同类干涉光谱成像仪的线性度测试.

Based on the method of linearity analysis, combined the principle of SMIFTS, a linearity testing system is established. The system consists of a solar simulator and obtained 8 radiance levels with attenuation filter, recorded digital number of SMIFTS and measured the radiance with spectrometer, then obtained the linearity 0.81% and the uncertainty of testing is 2.7%. The result shows that,the method is of high precision and can be used in other Fourier transform spectrometers.
