目的调查葡萄球菌在医院不同科室之间的感染情况。方法对烧伤科及胸外科分离的67株葡萄球菌进行初步分类及抗生素敏感性测定，并观察质粒图谱的差异。结果烧伤科菌株主要由耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)组成。仅对去甲万古霉素、利福平保持高度敏感，多数菌株含有2条分子量不同的质粒带；胸外科菌株主要由表皮葡萄球菌(CNS)组成，对抗生素均保持较高的敏感性，质粒图谱未发现相同的图形。结论尽管烧伤科与胸外科都存在葡萄球菌感染，但其实质有显著不同。
목적조사포도구균재의원불동과실지간적감염정황。방법대소상과급흉외과분리적67주포도구균진행초보분류급항생소민감성측정，병관찰질립도보적차이。결과소상과균주주요유내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)조성。부대거갑만고매소、리복평보지고도민감，다수균주함유2조분자량불동적질립대；흉외과균주주요유표피포도구균(CNS)조성，대항생소균보지교고적민감성，질립도보미발현상동적도형。결론진관소상과여흉외과도존재포도구균감염，단기실질유현저불동。
OBJECTIVE To Investigate the nosocomial infection in differentwards of the hospital.METHODS The classification,antibiotiuc sensitivity and plasmid profile of 67 strains,which were isolated from two different department wards,were assayed.RESULTS Staphylococcus strains in burn wards were mainly consist of meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),that is much more sensitive to both norvancomycin and rifampicin.Most of the strains were showed two bands of plasmid by finger printing technique.However,staphylococcus strains in thoracic wards include S.epidermidis,that is sensitive to most of antibiotics and has a different plasmid profile.CONCLUSIONS Although there is the staphylococcus infection in both burn wards and thoracic ones,but both wards are different in the aspects of strains,ther drug resistance and plasmid profile.
