利用激光熔覆技术制得了以快速凝固M7C3为耐磨相、以镍基高温合金为基体的刷式密封高温耐磨复合材料涂层。利用OM、SEM、XRD、EDS等分析手段对激光熔覆涂层显微组织进行了分析,考察了工艺参数对激光熔覆高温耐磨复合材料涂层显微组织的影响。研究结果表明,该涂层与基体为冶金结合,结合力强,组织致密,成分均匀,能够满足发动机工作条件。

High temperature wear resistant composite material coatings for brush applications consisting of rapidly solidified M7C3 wear resistant phase and nickel based solid solution were fabricated on substrate of an austenitic stainless steel by laser cladding.Microstructure of the laser cladding composite coatings was characterized as functions of laser processing parameters.Results show that the microstructure of the laser cladding composite coating is uniform and the bonding to the substrate is purely metallurgical.
