The fault rate in the operation of desuperheater in heat power equipments of thermal power plants is relatively high,It is believed that the causes of cracked failure to be bad operating conditions,unreasonable retrofit of desuperheater,and unsuitable choice of materials.Cracked failures caused by various reasons have been analyzed,and examine method is given for preventing fault from occurring.
