实验研究在碱性和酸性条件下过二硫酸钾高温氧化四种不同类型含磷标准化合物在海水中的回收率和影响回收率的因素。结果表明:在碱性条件下过二硫酸钾高温氧化可使海水中非聚磷类化合物完全回收,而聚磷类化合物回收率不高,延长消化时间聚磷类化合物的回收率有一定提高。除个别化合物外,各类含磷化合物在酸性条件下可被定量回收。依此,建立酸性过硫酸盐氧化法分解测定海水中溶解态总磷的方法。
實驗研究在堿性和痠性條件下過二硫痠鉀高溫氧化四種不同類型含燐標準化閤物在海水中的迴收率和影響迴收率的因素。結果錶明:在堿性條件下過二硫痠鉀高溫氧化可使海水中非聚燐類化閤物完全迴收,而聚燐類化閤物迴收率不高,延長消化時間聚燐類化閤物的迴收率有一定提高。除箇彆化閤物外,各類含燐化閤物在痠性條件下可被定量迴收。依此,建立痠性過硫痠鹽氧化法分解測定海水中溶解態總燐的方法。

Experimental studies have been conducted on the decomposit ionefficiency of four different types of organic and inorganic phosphorus compo unds in seawater under acid or basic condition by persulphate oxidation. The inf luence factors on decomposition efficiency, such as digestion time and pH were i dentified. It was shown that non-condensed phosphate could be decomposed comple tely by persulphate. But in alkali condition, condensed phosphate can only be de composed partly. Almost 100% decomposition efficiency could be reached for all t ypes of compounds containing phosphorus under acid condition. A persulphate oxid ation method in acid medium for decomposition and analysis of dissolved total ph osphorus in seawater was proposed.
