研究了粉体性能、CuO负载量及灼烧温度对CuO/ZrO2催化剂CO氧化性能的影响.结果表明,催化剂的活性随氧化铜的负载量的增加而增加,较低比表面积的ZrO2载体更容易制备高活性的催化剂.实验还发现,CuO/ZrO2催化剂的活性与载体单位表面CuO的负载量相关,CuO的负载量超过载体分散容量为75%,是制备高活性催化剂的重要条件.

The effects of powder property, and calcination temperature on the catalytic activitites of CuO/ZrO2 catalysts for CO oxidation were studied. The results showed that CO oxidation activity increases with CuO loading and with the decrease of surface area of support. Experimental results revealed that there is a good correlation between CuO loading per surface area and CO oxidation activity for CuO/ZrO2 catalysts. The catalysts will be of higher activity as long as CuO loading excess three fourths of its disperse capacity. The interaction between CuO and zirconia support is also an important reason that the catalysts possess higher activity.
