研究三种群之间既有捕食关系又有竞争关系的混和模型，同时捕食者有 HollingⅡ类功能反应，得到了其持续生存的充分条件，和当其是周期系数时，系统存在平稳振荡的判据。

연구삼충군지간기유포식관계우유경쟁관계적혼화모형，동시포식자유 HollingⅡ류공능반응，득도료기지속생존적충분조건，화당기시주기계수시，계통존재평은진탕적판거。
The mixed model with predatoriness and competition of three species was discussed in which predator has Holling＇ s Ⅱ type functional response.A set of easily verifiable sufficient condition is obtained for the persistence of the system,the suffcient condition for the existence of a globally and asymptotically stable periodic solution of the system with periodic coefficients is also obtained.
