目的探讨六味地黄发酵液对小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法采用碳粒廓清试验、二硝基氟苯法和血清溶血素法,观察六味地黄发酵液及六味地黄煎剂对小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应和抗体产生的作用。结果六味地黄发酵液灌胃给药300mg/kg，每日1次，连续2周。六味地黄发酵液较六味地黄煎剂对小鼠迟发变态反应明显增强（P<0.05），半数溶血值明显升高（P<0.05），而吞噬指数无明显变化。结论六味地黄发酵液在增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能上优于六味地黄煎剂。
목적탐토륙미지황발효액대소서적세포면역、체액면역화비특이성면역공능적영향。방법채용탄립곽청시험、이초기불분법화혈청용혈소법,관찰륙미지황발효액급륙미지황전제대소서탄서세포적탄서공능、지발형변태반응화항체산생적작용。결과륙미지황발효액관위급약300mg/kg，매일1차，련속2주。륙미지황발효액교륙미지황전제대소서지발변태반응명현증강（P<0.05），반수용혈치명현승고（P<0.05），이탄서지수무명현변화。결론륙미지황발효액재증강소서적세포면역화체액면역공능상우우륙미지황전제。
Objective　To observe the regulatory effects of fermented decoction of Liuweidihuang（LWDH）on the reactions of nonspecific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity.Methods　The immunomodulating activity of fermented decoction of LWDH was studied by carbon clearance test, delayed type hypersensitive reaction (DTHR) induced by DNFB and hemolysin antibody test.Results　Femented decoction of LWDH 300mg/(kg*d)(for 14 d) enchanced the DTHR and increased the content of serum hemolysin antibody markedly(P<0.05 compared with decoction of LWDH),but had no significant effect on the carbon phagocytic index.Conclusion　The improving effects of fermented decoction of LWDH on the cellular immunity and humoral immunity were potent than those of decoction of LWDH.
