固定其它纺丝条件,改变纺丝液的固含量,采用DMSO法进行湿法纺丝.通过离心机、金相显微镜、声速仪等对所得初生纤维进行表征.结果表明:固含量为20%时,能得到致密性好、沸水收缩率低、取向较好、具有圆形截面的初生纤维.

Keeping the other spinning conditons constant, just altering spinning solution solid content, PAN nas-cent fibers were prepared with DMO method by wet spinning. The fiber samples were characterized by centrifugal ma-chine.CMM-55 microscope and sound velocity measurement. Using twenty percent of the solid content in spinning solu-tion, the rusults showed that the PAN nascent fibers can be produced with circular cross section, compact, low boiling wa-ter shrinkage and better tropism.
