目的：探讨酒精性肝病与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法：观察43例酒精性肝病和12例正常人对照组空腹血糖、血胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数。结果：酒精性肝病患者随病情加重胰岛素敏感指数逐渐增加，且均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。酒精性肝硬化患者血胰岛素高于对照组和其他酒精性肝病患者(P＜0.01)。结论：胰岛素抵抗现象随酒精性肝损伤的加重明显增加。
목적：탐토주정성간병여이도소저항적관계。방법：관찰43례주정성간병화12례정상인대조조공복혈당、혈이도소화이도소민감지수。결과：주정성간병환자수병정가중이도소민감지수축점증가，차균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。주정성간경화환자혈이도소고우대조조화기타주정성간병환자(P＜0.01)。결론：이도소저항현상수주정성간손상적가중명현증가。
Objective：To investigate relationship between insulin resistance and alcoholic hepatopathy.Methods：Plasma glucose,insulin level and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were measured in 43 patients with alcoholic hepatopathy and 12 sex and age matched normal subjects as controls.Results：ISI in patients with alcoholic hepatopathy increased with developing of hepatic lesion and was significantly higher than the normal controls.Plasma insulin level in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis was significantly higher than other alcoholic hepatopathy and control group.Conclusion：Insulin resistance increases with alcoholic hepatic lesion.
