[目的]探讨Fas、FasL和Bcl-2在胃癌发生发展过程中的作用。[方法]收集68例不同粘膜标本,应用免疫组化技术对胃癌发生发展过程中Fas、FasL和Bc1-2的表达进行研究。[结果]Fas在正常粘膜、间变粘膜、胃癌粘膜和转移淋巴结中有不同程度的表达,其强阳性表达率分别为79.3%、40%、32.8%和40%;FasL在正常粘膜、间变粘膜、胃癌粘膜和转移淋巴结中表达率分别为22.4%、30%、42.3%和50%;Bc1-2在Fas弱阳性和强阳性表达组中的表达率分别为23.1%和68.4%。[结论]Fas在正常粘膜和间变粘膜、胃癌粘膜及转移淋巴结中的表达强度有显著差异;而FasL在正常粘膜、间变粘膜中的表达和胃癌粘膜、转移淋巴结中的表达有显著差异;Bc1-2在胃癌粘膜中的表达则与Fas的表达相关。

[목적]탐토Fas、FasL화Bcl-2재위암발생발전과정중적작용。[방법]수집68례불동점막표본,응용면역조화기술대위암발생발전과정중Fas、FasL화Bc1-2적표체진행연구。[결과]Fas재정상점막、간변점막、위암점막화전이림파결중유불동정도적표체,기강양성표체솔분별위79.3%、40%、32.8%화40%;FasL재정상점막、간변점막、위암점막화전이림파결중표체솔분별위22.4%、30%、42.3%화50%;Bc1-2재Fas약양성화강양성표체조중적표체솔분별위23.1%화68.4%。[결론]Fas재정상점막화간변점막、위암점막급전이림파결중적표체강도유현저차이;이FasL재정상점막、간변점막중적표체화위암점막、전이림파결중적표체유현저차이;Bc1-2재위암점막중적표체칙여Fas적표체상관。
[Purpose] To investigate the possible role of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinogenesis. [Methods] The expression of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 at protein level in normal epithelial cells, dysplastic cells, carcinoma cells and mastastic lymphonodes was studied by irnmunohistochemistry (IHC) . [Results] The strong positive expression rates of Fas in normal epithelial cells, dysplastic cells, carcinoma cells and mastastic lymphonodes were 79.3%, 40%. 32.8% and 40% respectively. The expression rates of FasL in normal epithelial cells, dysplastic cells, carcinoma cells and mastastic lymphonodes were 22.4%, 30%, 42.3% and 50% respectively. The expression tares of Bel-2 in Fas-modrate expressed carcinoma group and Fas-strong expression group were 23.1% and 68.4% respectively. [Conclusion] Fas expression is significantly different between normal epithelial cells and dysplastic cells, carcinoma cells, mastastic lymphonodes, FasL expression is significantly different between normal epithelial cells, mastastic lymphonodes. The expression of Bcl-2 correlated to the expression of Fas.
