【目的】探讨大鼠在生长期VitD缺乏对去卵巢后骨密度(BMD)的影响。【方法】用20天龄雌性 SD大鼠42只分为正常对照组和佝偻病模型组，并对佝偻病组采用不同的治疗方法。于大鼠5月龄时，全部施以双侧卵巢切除术(OVX)，分别在佝偻病期、佝偻病治疗后期、卵巢切除后对所有大鼠进行腰椎BMD检测。【结果】佝偻病大鼠腰椎BMD较正常对照组低(P＜0.001)。鼠(OVX)后腰椎BMD下降，佝偻病组较正常对照组低(P＜0.05)。【结论】雌性大鼠在生长期VitD缺乏对去势后骨质疏松有不利影响。
【목적】탐토대서재생장기VitD결핍대거란소후골밀도(BMD)적영향。【방법】용20천령자성 SD대서42지분위정상대조조화구루병모형조，병대구루병조채용불동적치료방법。우대서5월령시，전부시이쌍측 란소절제술(OVX)，분별재구루병기、구루병치료후기、란소절제후대소유대서진행요추BMD검측。【결과】구루 병대서요추BMD교정상대조조저(P＜0.001)。서(OVX)후요추BMD하강，구루병조교정상대조조저(P＜0.05)。【결론】자성대서재생장기VitD결핍대거세후골질소송유불리영향。
【Objective】 To exp1ore the influence of growth female rats with VitD deficiency on bone mineral density(BMD) of ovariectomied. 【Methods】 42 twenty - one day female SD rats were randomly divied into normal and ticket model group, which were treated with different therapies. All rats were operated by bilateral ovariectomy in five - month old. dual- energy X- ray absorptiometry was carried out to determine the bone mineral density of the lumber vertebrae of the rats in the rickets period, after rickets treated and postovariectom. 【Results】 BMD of the lumber vertebrae of the rickets rats were decreased in comparison with normal(P ＜ 0.001). BMD decreased after ovariectomy Compared with ricket- normal group rats, BMD 1oss in the lumber vertebrae showed significant differences(P＜0.05). 【Conclusions】 Female growth VitD deficient rats could have unfavourable influence on osteoporosis of ovariectomined.
