进行了桉木硫酸盐浆漆酶-介体系统(LMS)生物漂白的研究.漆酶由白腐菌Panus conchatus 固体发酵并分离纯化而制得;一种新的介体--N-羟基乙酰苯胺(NHA)自行合成.采用L/MQP漂白流程,仅用2%(质量分数)的H2O2就将桉木常规硫酸盐浆(CK)漂到84.4%ISO的白度;在相同的漂白流程和条件下,经氧脱木素的桉木改良硫酸盐浆(EMCC-O)可达到87.6%ISO的白度.生物漂白的CK浆和EMCC-O浆的粘度都很高,说明漆酶/NHA生物漂白的脱木素选择性很好.

Laccase-Mediator System (LMS) biobleaching of eucalyptus kraft pulps was studied. Laccase was produced from Panus conchatus by solid state fermentation and subsequent purification. A new mediator-N-hydroxyacetanilide (NHA) was synthesized. Using a sequence of L/MQP, eucalyptus Conventional Kraft (CK) pulp could be bleached to a brightness of 84.4% ISO with 2% of H2O2 charge. With the same bleaching sequence and conditions, oxygen-delignified modified kraft pulp(EMCC-O)reached a level of 87.6% ISO brightness. Both biobleached CK and EMCC-O pulps had high viscosity, which indicated that the selectivity of laccase/NHA delignification was quite good.
