目的客观评价一次性定量自动静脉采血器(采血器)的临床应用效果。方法选择需同日抽血查空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖患者60例,随机分配同一位患者的两次抽血,一次使用注射器,一次使用采血器。比较两组疼痛均数、一次采血成功率和拔针后穿刺点皮下淤血发生率。结果采血器组较注射器组疼痛程度明显减轻(P<0.01),一次采血成功率明显提高(P<0.01);穿刺点皮下淤血发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论采血器采血快捷,准确安全,减轻患者痛苦,可作为采血时注射器的替代品普及推广。

목적객관평개일차성정량자동정맥채혈기(채혈기)적림상응용효과。방법선택수동일추혈사공복혈당화찬후2 h혈당환자60례,수궤분배동일위환자적량차추혈,일차사용주사기,일차사용채혈기。비교량조동통균수、일차채혈성공솔화발침후천자점피하어혈발생솔。결과채혈기조교주사기조동통정도명현감경(P<0.01),일차채혈성공솔명현제고(P<0.01);천자점피하어혈발생솔명현강저(P<0.05)。결론채혈기채혈쾌첩,준학안전,감경환자통고,가작위채혈시주사기적체대품보급추엄。
Objective It was aimed to objectively evaluate the clinical use of momentary quantitative
automatic venous blood sampler. Methods 60 patients who suffered from different diseases and
needed to have blood sugar examined before and 2h after dining were enrolled in our study;each
patient had two venous blood samplings randomly, one with injection and the other with
momentary quantitative automatic venous blood sampler. The pain scale caused by venous blood
taking was judged by“10 centimeter point-point”, the mean pain degree, one time blood taking
success rate and subcutaneous hemorrhage rate of two groups were compared. Results The mean
pain degree in the group using momentary quantitative automatic venous blood sampler declined
remarkably (P < 0. 01), one time blood taking rate was significantly higher (P < 0. 01) and
subcutaneous hemorrhage rate was significantly lower (P < 0. 05) than the injection group.
Conclusions Blood taking with momentary quantitative automatic venous blood sampler was
convenient,accurate and safe,and alleviated suffering of the patients,and we suggest popularizing
it as a substitute of injection.
