研究了减水剂掺量和用水量对内掺20%锂渣的高强度大流动性混凝土强度与流动性的影响,捣实工艺对混凝土强度的影响。根据试验数据,总结出内掺20%锂渣的高强度大流动性混凝土的强度经验公式,采用冀东525号Ⅱ型硅酸盐水泥、内掺20%锂渣、5~20mm碎石、掺加适量的NF-2-6缓凝高效减水剂,水灰比不大于0.31,可配制出C80高强度大流动性混凝土。

The effect of water-reducing agent dosage and water quantity used on the strength and fluidity of high strength and high fluidity concrete inner added 20% Lithium slag was studied. the compacting technology on the concrete strength was studied. According to the test results, the strength empirical equation of high strength and high fluidity concrete inner added 20% Lithium slag was summarized. C80 high strength and high fluidity concrete may be prepared with Jidong 525 grade Ⅱ portland cement, inner added 20% Lithium slag, 5~20mm broken stone, proper quantity of NF-2-6 retarding super water-reducing agent, water cement ratio not larger than 0.31.
